Team SurfskiRacing.com Chris(web master) and myself will be reviewing the 2012 Nelo Vintage in the WWR construction(30lbs), a Nelo Vintage in the E construction at 23lbs,  and the pure flat water surf ski, the Ted Van Dusen Mohican. It will probably be a month before we get everything posted but it will be worth the wait. We just got the Vintage today (October 14) and both of us took it out for a spin on a windy day on the Sakonnet.

My first demo of Vintage

Chris and I have many hours on the Mohican. I bought one of the first Mohicans years ago, then bought a lighter one and regretted selling it during the hey day of all my surfski buying days and reviews.  I recently just purchased another Mohican for my flatwater racing. Chris has over 200 hours in his two Mohicans from training paddles to many races.  He has also seen his Mohicans actually being built since he lives minutes away from the Van Dusen shop. The fall is a great time to review boats since the racing season is over.  So stay tuned.
